Thank you for joining the "MarquisModels.com Partnership Program" program where we pay you 50% of the revenues as described below.

MarquisModels.com reserves the right to terminate the Program without advance notification for any reason. In such case, the webmaster will be notified by e-mail immediately and paid any commission accumulated up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined he/she has violated this Agreement in any material way. Examples of material violations include the use of spamming, credit card fraud, abnormally high chargeback rate, or free password sites.

You are paid 50% of all signups (we do not subtract the 13.5% for processing fees, credits and chargebacks) for all new members which you refer to our sites. You will be paid on an ongoing, weekly basis for each member you send to us for as long as they stay on as members.

You may use blind links or text links if you so desire but remember this may have a detrimental effect on your conversion rate. All visitors you send to us must come from a webpage. We do not allow newsgroup postings with links to us. Nor do we allow email links/spamming or any other such practices that could reflect negatively on our program. Failure to comply to this request will result in the immediate cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and also may result in the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account.

Signups are registered by Paycom, tampering will lead to termination, loss of all funds, and possibly prosecution.
MarquisModels.com will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with hosting equiptment or technical error.

All funds are paid by check in U.S. funds.

This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to its subject matter, and its terms shall be waived or amended only by the parties' written agreement. The Webmaster shall not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without MarquisModels.com's prior written consent.

By filling out and submitting the sign-up form, the Webmaster agrees to be bound by this Agreement and MarquisModels.com is agreeing to become a counter-party to the form.
